Soulcycle's Newest Studio Appeals to Trump Place Residents

UPPER WEST SIDE—Residents in the fancy Trump Place apartment buildings along Riverside Boulevard will have a much easier time getting to Soulcycle classes once the studio's newest location is complete. The New York Post reports that it'll be housed within the yet-to-open 43-story residential tower at 21 West End Avenue, which will also host a new public school. Soulcycle currently has 17 locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, and the closest one to here is at 350 Amsterdam Avenue.

SEAPORT DISTRICT—The Parsons School of Design exhibition "Impact!" is yet another display of the merger between the fashion and tech worlds going on in the city right now. The display showing students' take on wearable tech includes "shape-changing garments," jackets with screens that display elements of self-expression, and clothing that provides massages, notes WWD. Check it out through June 8th at 117 Beekman Street.

GREENPOINT—Traveling vintage boutique Walk The West is briefly establishing roots in the neighborhood with a pop-up at 170 Franklin Street for the month of June. Greenpointers chatted with founder Clotilde Testa about the business and what shoppers can expect, including globally-sourced goods from Italy and beyond.

LOWER EAST SIDE—Last year, Jeremy Scott felt the wrath of Rime when the graffiti artist alleged in a lawsuit that the Moschino creative director appropriated pieces of his "vandal eyes" mural in the house's fall 2015 collection. As legal proceedings are ongoing, Bowery Boogie noticed that the store that sells nothing on Ludlow Street is standing with Rime in its latest display:
