Brooklyn, get ready: Orangetheory Fitness, the studio that offers strength and cardio interval classes with a near-obsessive focus on participants' heart rates, is opening locations in Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, and Park Slope this year, The New York Times is reporting.

None of the three locations have opening dates just yet — they're all listed as "coming soon" on the national fitness chain's website — but you can expect to break a sweat at 186 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, 157 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, and 248 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope at some point. These three will join the existing Chelsea studio that opened last February; when we went to check out that location, Orangetheory's owners confirmed the expansion to Park Slope and hinted at possibly opening a studio on the Upper West Side.

Until Brooklynites have locations of their own, they can head to 23rd Street for the workout that combines treadmills, rowing machines, and free weights. Bonus: If you take the hour-long class, you may recognize Lena Martione of Racked's Hottest Trainers from last summer, leading the charge.
