NEW YORK CITY—Work Out New York trainer Courtney Paul will lead 20 students in a spring shape-up challenge running from March 21st through April 21st. In addition to workouts five times per week, participants will also receive nutrition counseling — and at just $450, it's a lot cheaper than similar programs out there.
