SOHO—A tipster pointed out that the Joe Fresh on Broadway has closed. We reached out to the brand for confirmation and received the following response: "We are currently evaluating retail opportunities in new and existing markets. This involves the brand remodeling, relocating or closing certain stores, including the Soho location in New York." Following closures on Fifth Avenue, Flatiron, and the Upper East Side, Joe Fresh no longer has a New York outpost.

NEW YORK CITY—Walgreens has reached a settlement with the New York state attorney general's office regarding overcharging claims, ABC News reports. The drug store chain will pay $500,000 following an undercover investigation that also revealed misleading price advertisements compared to what was charged at the register.

MIDTOWN—And in more Walgreens-related news, a Duane Reade on West 48th Street is once again the victim of a massive Essie nail polish theft, according to DNAinfo. Thieves reportedly took more than $1,500 worth of bottles — or roughly 175 of them, at $8.50 a pop — on April 11th. This location previously lost more than $2,000 worth of Essie products in two separate incidents earlier this year.
