Koy, a Korean Fusion Restaurant, Will Open Downtown

Koy is headed for North Street near Faneuil Hall, Boston Restaurant Talk reports, citing an agenda for a licensing hearing taking place tomorrow where the restaurant will seek a transfer of the full liquor license from the shuttered Charley's in Back Bay. Koy is also seeking a 2 a.m. closing time. The restaurant's corporate name is Korean Fusion, Inc., which probably indicates something about the cuisine.

Boston Restaurant Talk notes that the address currently belongs to a location of UBurger, which also has four other locations around Boston.
